We attempted to contact you 3 times over a period of 5 days with no response. We would have liked to resend your purchase but rather have refunded you. We are sorry for this however, we need a reply with a verification of your address. Many customers have old addresses stored in their purchasing profile. Since your first shipment never arrived, it was either lost by USPS or you have an incorrect address. We need verification so a 2nd shipment doesn't also go to the wrong address.
